What makes Crestwood Country Club stand out from other venues? We truly are a hidden gem! We host only one wedding per day, meaning the entire upper level (with elevator access) will be used only for the newly married couple and their guests. This space includes our lounge and bar area, with attached deck for cocktail hour, private restrooms for guest’s exclusive use, as well as our grand ballroom for the reception. This allows guests to move around during the night if they need a quiet space for a conversation, or would like to step outside for some fresh air, they do not have to go far at all. You are never confined to just one space here at Crestwood.
Tell us about the bridal suite. Our bridal suite is every bride’s dream! We offer all-day access to this spacious suite and its multiple amenities. There are several different styling areas, which allows hair stylists and make-up artists to spread out and glam up the bridal party right on site. The changing room and step-up mirror area is great for last minute details, as well as zippering/corseting and bustling. We also offer catering in this space, so breakfast or lunch can be ordered and provided for the bride and her girls. (Mimosas are on the house!) This means that a bride can sit back, relax, and be pampered by her friends and family on her big day.
Tell us about your catering services. We take care of all the catering on site and our chefs are truly well-versed in banquet preparation and plate presentation. With multiple wedding packages to choose from, each couple is able to customize their wedding menu to suit their families’ tastes. We also offer some really fun add-ons, like late night snacks!
Where are the best photo ops on your property? Oh, so many! In front of our sparkling water fountain is where most couples choose to do their formal family photos and some fun bridal party photos as well. Then, just for the married couples, we will go to a few super special places on our golf course, such as our rustic barn that has a wooden and gravel staircase, as well as our classic white barn doors. This space also has a gorgeous backdrop of our weeping willow trees, and another lake, where photographers are able to get the best wedding portraits of a couple. The diversity of our grounds allows the couple to take photos in many different settings within a short period of time.
Do you offer any special packages? We have several wedding packages to choose from and all of which can be customized based on the preferences of the couple. We price our packages based on guest minimums, rather than the standard food minimums, so it’s easier to calculate the actual cost of a wedding for a prospective couple. If for some reason a couple does not meet the guest minimum, we can easily come up with a custom package for their wedding.
Do I have to be a member to celebrate my wedding here? Not at all! We are happy to host any type of event for non-members!
