When’s your busiest season?
The summer, spring and fall are our busiest times. We kindly suggest couples book four to six months in advance of their big day.
Is your venue a One-Stop-Shop?
Absolutely! Most couples elect to hold all aspects of their wedding, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour to the reception, onsite. Hopelands By the Bay can accommodate up to 200 attendees and pricing depends on desired location, rental date and times.
Do you have an on-site coordinator?
Yes, we have an on-site coordinator who can assist with all logistical aspects of the event as well as an event planner who is available for an additional fee.
What’s your catering situation?
There is no vendor exclusivity on the property—we welcome all licensed caterers and vendors. We also are happy to suggest partners if you need help narrowing down your search. Alcohol is also permitted onsite with proper licensing.
