The elegant ballroom offers a crisp neutral canvas, lending itself to receptions with many different themes ranging from sophisticated and formal to natural and rustic. Is Meadow Brook Inn a one-stop shop?
Yes, we are! Catered all in-house, we’ll gladly host your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our magnificent gardens offer the perfect romantic backdrop for your ceremony and guests will enjoy an al fresco cocktail hour on our breathtaking and beautifully manicured grounds (seasonal). Meadow Brook Inn’s ballroom accommodates up to 180 guests, and indoor ceremony and cocktail hour options are available.

Meadow Brook Inn’s menu packages offer varied and diverse culinary creations all prepared on-site by our executive chef. Custom menus are definitely an option and we will happily accommodate vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free meals.
What other perks does your venue offer?
Our site fee includes exclusive use of the property for the duration of your event. Meadow Brook Inn hosts one event at a time, allowing us to devote our undivided attention to you and your guests. Tables, chairs, floor-length linens, china and the event coordinator are also included in the site fee.
Do you offer any special packages?
Yes, we offer significant savings when booking “off season” dates (November – April).
