How Five Couples Pulled Off These Wedding Themes and Scenarios

“A Hallowedding”

Tiffany & Dan | Kim Lyn Photography

A love story told through skeletons and spiders, Tiffany and Dan added an unforgettable touch to their special day. The couple incorporated a Halloween theme into their October wedding, straying away from conventional pastels to make for a spooktacular celebration.

Tiffany’s love for Halloween, fueled by inspiration from Pinterest, wedding magazines and Young At Heart Studio, helped shape the vision for the reception. The ceremony gave a sneak peek of what was to come, with a bouquet made up of dark colored roses and bridesmaids dressed in black and burgundy.

Walking into their reception, Tiffany and Dan couldn’t help but smile wide as they saw all the details in place. “The moment we walked through those doors to see our friends and family, the beautiful floral backdrop, the sweetheart table decorated in beautiful floral arrangements and the bar, which was set up with personal touches, added to the overall magical experience of our Halloween-themed wedding,” says Tiffany.

The venue’s stylish interior brought a touch of Halloween magic to the classy beachside setting where Tiffany and Dan shared their first moments as a married couple. Decorative skulls, love potion drinks and a black red velvet cake captured the spirit of the season and the love between Tiffany and Dan.

Thinking of doing a Halloween-themed wedding of your own? Tiffany offers her advice to future brides and grooms on how to go about planning. “Embrace your creativity and don’t be afraid to think outside the box,” says Tiffany. “Communicate your vision effectively with your vendors to bring your ideas to life and remember to have fun and enjoy the process.”
