How We Met
We met on November 11, 2017, after a month of texting. My friend and his brother set us up. We met at their apartment in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.
Our Proposal Story
This is a funny one. I knew the ring was in the house. I was cleaning the spare room getting it ready to be an actual spare room. I was going through the bureau because my Halloween kitchen towels were in there. When I opened one of the drawers, bam, there it was. So I looked at it and may have tried it on. He brought it to the kitchen to “hide” somewhere else and left it out for a while. I said he was torturing me by leaving it out. He opened the ring and started talking about how he had been trying to find the perfect time but we had been so busy it was hard to find the right time. So he got down on one knee in the kitchen and asked me to marry him!
