How we met

We met in high school our freshman year and then we started to date our sophomore year. We’ve been high school sweethearts since then.

Our proposal story

December 17, 2017 was our anniversary, so Luis took me out for dinner at Hemensway to celebrate the occasion. Afterwards, he suggested we go see a light show they were having in Roger William Park. When we arrived to the Japanese Gardens, there was a trail of lights on the floor leading us to a private dance floor with more lights and live music. We danced for awhile until he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. That night was like a dream.
