Tell us about your day: I grew up as the daughter of a Lt. Colonel in the US Army. Both of my parents were originally from Aquidneck Island and after our time in the military, my family settled in Middletown. Even as a little girl, I always knew when I found the love of my life, whenever that would be, I was going to marry him at St. Mary’s, the very same church my parents were married in in 1984. My Husband and I met while attending the University of Rhode Island and Newport has always held a special place in our lives. When a place feels as special as Newport does, you want to share that with others. Newport was the perfect backdrop to our perfect day!
