Those of you who shared Rhode Island Monthly copy editor Casey Nilsson’s adventures in wedding planning via her “Simply Wed” blog have probably noticed there hasn’t been a new post in quite some time. “Why?” you may wonder. Well, the lovely Ms. Nilsson became a Mrs. in September, marking the end of her bride-to-be planning. (To see the fruits of her labor, pick up a copy of the 2014 edition of Engaged, where you’ll find two pages of photos from her intimate backyard wedding to Scott.)
So, although “Simply Wed” has been put to bed, engagedri.com is pleased to bring you “Aisle Say,” a new blog featuring musings by real local brides-to-be who are eager to share their tales of happiness (and frustration) as their big days approach. The first “Aisle Say” posts begin this week so stay tuned and get ready to meet Erika and Amanda.
